Shortening Ship building times

I cant find a single topic on this subject, but how do i make ship building times shorter? Ive been looking through all the cat files (including all the XRM ones) And cannot figure out how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you. ;~;

You need to edit the HQ.xml. See this topic.
