[MOD] Extra Surplus info in logbook -v0.01 Sep 09 2015

If you downloaded from nexus before 12:30am on 09/09/2015 sorry the patch was broken, think its Ok now

When I get a message similar to

Received surplus of -xxxxxx Credits from Uma Keppel

I haven't a clue what station the manager belongs to and have ended up writing the stations and their manager's down on a piece of paper. Have been meaning to look at this little niggle for about a year or more and do something about it.

I have had a look through the list of other mods on Nexus and Steam but this doesn't seem to fit into any of them

It simply patches notifications.xml and changes the message that you get in the logbook when a credit surplus is returned to you to include the station and zone names

Received surplus of -xxxxxx Credits from Uma Keppel

to

Received surplus of -xxxxxx Credits from Uma Keppel at Water Distillery II in Lava Flow

PS While writing this that minus sign in front of the amount seems a bit strange

Agreed, that message isn't very useful. I think the intention is that the individual sends the message, but we usually remember the ships and the stations since those are what we deal with on a regular basis.
