Give some useful information and it may give us a fighting chance at being able to help you.

A dog has a master; a cat has domestic staff.

I can't tell much about the issue u have with Fallotu 3 or FNV.
At first guess it sounds like u are missing the 32-bit DLL in the appropriate directory in Windows and therefore these games try to load the 64-bit one from the system32-folder.
U could give it a try to first put the correct 64-bit XINPUT1_3.DLL back into the system32 folder and then run the DX redistributable package (use google to locate it on the MS page).
If that still doesn't fix the issue, confirm that in SysWOW64 there is no XINPUT1_3.DLL (that's where the 32-bit one should be).
Maybe it works, if u just copy the 32-bit version manually into that directory. An alternative workaround could be to put the xinput1_3.DLL into the same directory with the executables of these games.
However since these are not issues with X Rebirth or any Egosoft game, u are a bit off topic here in this channel. I suggest u try to get help with that on the Forums for these games. The user base over there is most likely more familiar with specifics to issues with these games than people over here are.
