Extract a ship from a mod

Hello everybody :)
I play X3TC v2.5, i use X-plugin manager
I'm fan of Stargate so i've installed some ships from the serie.
But one (my favorite one!) is still missing!
I've found it in the Multi Galaxy mod. (MG_MOD 5 bases.rar)
I don't want to play with this mod (i'm french. English is difficult for me, Deutch is just impossible) so i'd like to know how to extract a ship from this mod.
I've tried Package Creator 1.21, witch is in x plugin manager but it says "unable to extract scene file"
Any idea to help me?

The program you want is the X3 editor program by doubleshadow (topic)

Unfortunately, I can't tell you how, as I've never done it myself. Try reading the thread I linked to, as well as the tutorials and resources thread if you can - perhaps come back if you have any specific questions after you've tried that.

Perhaps someone have the ship i want; it's an Ancient Ship: the Orion from the Stargate Atlantis serie.
I'm still looking for a way to extract this ship from the mod, but if someone can upload it, i take it ;)

make sure you have the latest package creator and try to extract using that.

what format is the mod, ie what files are inside the rar ?
some mods split the models and types files, which wont work with the extraction wizard. (they all need to be in the same mod file to work)

First, sorry for the double post :doh:

I have few programs:
X3editor2 v2.025
XPluginManager v1.47
Package Creator v1.21
SpkExplorer v1.20
XspConvert v1.30

In my archive, i have a structure like the game folder:
Folder "Director" with .xml files
"loadscr" (.jpg)
"scripts" (.xml and one .xsl)
"t" (.xml)
and 14, 15 and 16 .cat and .dat

EDIT: i've found my ship ((SG)AncientAurora-M1-ByBalogt.xsp) but i'ts in a pack for X3 Reunion; when i load it, i have the name but it has the "Raptor" M1 class ship skin :evil:
EDIT 2: I've updated my game to v3.2
