3.0 What bonuses do specialists give?

I am curious what the station specialists actually do in terms of numerical or percentage bonuses.

Think specialists are specific to production module types, rather than station types as such.

Some examples in some of my stations are:

Cell Recharge Fab : Cell Specialist 4%
Licensed Distillery : Food Technologist 7.5%
Pharma Lab : Pharmaceutical Agent 14.8%
Bofu Star Complex : Food Technologist 12.4%
Refined Metals module in URV Forge : Metallurgical Engineer 15%

Actual % efficiency increases depend on their skills.
Suspect the formula for efficiency is a simple function of the relevant Skill, e.g Science skill

You also seem to get a constant 15% efficiency for supplying 'secondary resource' (if the production module has one).

Plus you get other efficiency increases (5%+) for building extra 'secondary' modules like a Zoltek module in some stations.

Get info about your station with something like Shift-P/(Property owned) -> Highlight station and go to details, expand production modules, select the production being affected and hit details and you'll see what the screenshot below shows.

Then as exo was talking about you can see the other bonus modules/structures that also give an efficiency bonus.
