[X3R] x3 crashe to desktop when using jumpagtes!

hi everyone

i'm looking for help in x3 reunion (STEAM VERSION)
sometime, when i take jumpgate, the game crashes
for this time, it' s always at SAVAGE SPUR from EMPIRE EDGE
the West jumpgate (i'm doing the story)

i' ve tried with 3 saves : every time crash to desktop

Have you verified the Steam gamefile cache for X3:R to look for and correct any game installation or update issues? I assume your game is vanilla (unmodified).

The DxDiag looks OK and the error message is rather generic and vague.

There might be some object(s) in the sector (Savage Spur) where you crash that may be corrupt. Send in a remote ship of yours (ie not your own ship going IS) to look around the sector if you can and see if anything looks out of place or in unusual numbers (apart from asteroids!). This might include a capital ship or TL behaving oddly or a host of fighters doing nothing. If there is something wrong then it may be wrong in all your current saves unfortunately.

Perhaps discover the S gate in Savage Spur remotely and then try entering by jumping your personal ship there instead.

You could upload a vanilla save made just before you go to enter Savage Spur to a public fileshare site and link it here so that other X3:R players could check your save on their systems.

crash again entering BAD DEBT (using jumpgate too)
it crash every 4 -5 times , i use jumpgate
this game is not optimize for my pc, perhaps?

You could try running the game in XP SP3 compatibility mode, or even try in windowed mode rather than full-screen (or vice versa).

Does a fresh-start game play up as well? It may be that there is a corruption embedded in your saves for some reason.

If you feel up to it, you could delete local files for X3:R, manually delete the X3:R gamefolder in Steam/Steamapps/Common/Egosoft and then do a fresh download and installation from Steam by installing or verifying the game again (and all free of course). That at least would eliminate a game installation, update or corruption issue. That would not fix any tainted saves though.

After having reinstalling the game then verify the game cache,
and erase also my saves
so i start a new game
i've played during 3-4 hours this 11 may and MIRACLE: NO CRASH ON THE DESKTOP LIKE BEFORE
specially taking the jumpgates !!
everything seem to be in order

I 'll play this evening to be sure the game work well
and send a report tomorrow
