Fixing a broken ship!

I've tried talking to the engineer in the ship, however, seeing as how this is way more then just something he could fix, where else can I take the ship and have it fixed? Actually, I don't think this thing can even move anymore.

This is right after the battle to get your crew back, and I guess he gives you this? Well, I might have gone a little nuts and might have destroyed a few more components then I was told.

The ship is mine, the engines are both blown and so is everything else. I've already talked to the engineer in the ship and he has no more to fix. I've tried going to the shipyard, and the ship stations do not have any ship merchants... Really? Ship yard without ship merchants? I'm a little lost as to what I need to do with this thing.
