300 food rations not being delivered

Hey all, ive read a few of the threads regarding this issue, but i cant seem to fix this. My Rahanas is not delivering the food rations. It has about 3500 food rations, i gave it a command to sell 300 to the station, but it just keeps following me instead of delivering the food. It has plenty of drones as well.

Anyone have any tips I could try?
