[Mod] Remove Detailmonitor animation v1.0.1

Hi,

an the next one ;).

This mod removes the rotating animations when opening and close the detailmonitor.

This is amazing! This is a complete gamechanger for me. Almost gives the impression that the monitor opens on your front view (almost).

Can i make a request for this though?
Would it be possible to have a version that simply doubles the speed of the animation rather than completely remove it?

Cool, the reason i'm asking is because even with this removal, you still sort of "see" the transition starting and ending with the head turn at what feels like 100x superspeed. :D

Since that happens, perhaps it would feel a little more natural if it was at 3x superspeed instead. Keeping the "flow" of the head turn but drastically reducing the time to 1 or 0.75 seconds.

Thanks a lot.

Is this possible to remove the "delay" when navigating around the menus? Just like you press enter and there is a delay, then 2 and another delay etc.

And it seems that the hotkeys to the detailmonitor get disabled while there is an animation going on or you don't have it's complete view...

Either the dock/undock mod, or this one broke assigning a ship to a new superior (ie: assigning freighter to a station).

Removed for the moment from nexus. Problem with the add of ships is not spontaneously resolve.

Hi,

Just came on to post that I spotted a bug after the v1.14 update - basically, the radial menu would disappear right after issuing ANY order from either the Zone or Property screens - direct comms worked fine. The result of this was that the menu would stay open, but disappear, preventing any other input via keyboard or Joystick, except the ESC key.

You can read about it here: here

However, I've just noticed you've released an update, so possily this fixes it?

I do not have this problem with Mod-Version 1.0.1. Please test this Version.

Why would you want a new link? This mod is no longer needed.
The speed of monitor bringing-up was increased, and you can go to OPTIONS-GAMEPLAY and turn the HUD DETAIL MONITOR option on to completly remove the animation.
