Massive Sound Stuttering/Static and bad performance [Q&A GTS-1]

I will make it short. I have massive sound stuttering/static and fps drops. If one thing happens it will cause the other one, so fps drops result in sound stuttering/static and vice versa.

Please help me.

I had some sound static issues when the game started up and such. I figured out it was Vsync. I Turned it off and all my sound troubles went away. Hope this helps.

Never thought about v-sync as reason for that.
