terran plot question

ok so i have been doing this plot and got to the part when i need to rescue 2 astronauts from argon military sector m148,i have done it and transported them to the heretic end in base that mission req. now the plot just ended. WTF?it makes no sense for plot to end now,i have checked i dont have it anymore as mission in missions menu.is this really end of plot or got bugged somehow??

Go play the game for a bit, you'll get another mission in a while.

BTW, you'll know the plot is ended when you get the "CONGRATULATIONS!" screen message.
