[HELP] Modifying existing sectors

Post by Black Crusader » Sun, 1. Sep 13, 17:59

Before flaming me, let me state that I spent hours looking through threads for a solution.

What I need:
Basically a tutorial for scripting or a 3rd party tool or mod that could enable me to change sectors at will.

With changing, I actually mean to be able to for example change a background, visibility, add/remove planets/suns/nebulae etc.

Is there a tutorial on this for X3TC's script editor? If not can someone at least write some examples on what to do?

Help will be greatly appreciated and I will consider You a nice person :)

is that not all done in the galaxy editor, you need to enable it first before it shows up in the start menu.
I used to list PC parts here, but "the best" will suffice!

also, i suggest using my LoCo as an example.
you just need to extract map files with cat manager.
