Is there any way to replace your PHQ if the one you're using gets blown up?

a) Do you have a previous save? (If you're on a DiD I can only sympathise with your loss.)
b) How did you manage to blow it? Undocking a massive ship like the Kyoto IS would do it, but I never thought the PHQ was exactly fragile and when it does get damaged, it can put itself in the repair queue.
