I have a Wheat Farm - I am supplying it with E-Cells - I am also supplying the surrounding area with Wheat & plan to supply the same factories with E-Cells.
I want to use the E-Cells i gathered for the Wheat Farm to also supply the Cahoona Bakeries - My Issue is, is there a way to prevent the CLS from taking too much E-Cells that will cause the Wheat Farm to stop producing.
I would like to leave enough ecells in the wheat farm so that it doesn't stop producing but use the excess to sell.
Any ideas?

Deliveryman has a good solution. You will sometimes get your delivery ship flying off with some tiny amount of cargo to sell, so I'd set "amount on delivery" to some useful number like 75% instead of the default 5%.
