Albion Stock Market

I read some of the posts on this and most said I need a station .Put one in Lt. of Hart.
Went over by the trading station went to Info. and can't find how to access the stock market. I'm about to give up on it.
How do I do it.

Once you have met the requirements to use a stock market, it is in the same drop down menu as "Pilot" "Property" and so on, in the top left.

There is a known issue with at least one, maybe more of the markets not being accessible until you target the stock market in space (with your mouse) instead of from a menu.

Do you have a Trading System Extension on the ship you're in?
Have you placed a satellite or are you currently in the sector with the stock exchange you want to access? The exchanges work similar to factories and ships, in that you have to be able to communicate with them by having a presence in the sector they're located.

Each race has more than one exchange. They are grouped together in clumps of sectors.

The one in Light of Heart covers the southern Argon sectors. Argon Prime covers their original sectors to the northwest.

Having one factory in any Argon sector, is enough to use all the Argon exchanges.

On some exchanges you do have to land a pay a small fee. I had to do that with Teladi and Yaki. Try docking to make sure.

Its listed as a stock exchange in the sector map

Not every sector has a Stock Exchange.
They are usually a Trading Station with large bill-boards outside,advertising the "current state of the market".

If no shiny blue billboards outside,then you are just looking at a trading station...not a stock exchange.

If you have a Trading Station rather than a Stock Exchange in vanilla X3AP Argon Prime then your X3AP 'addon' folder installation is incomplete or corrupt. Do a Steam verify gamefiles cache for both TC and AP.

Are you running the Non Steam Patch?
If not,Is your Addon folder in the default TC steam folder?

If no to the second,get steam to redownload AP.

If yes to the first copy and paste the new Steam TC/AP folder and re install the non-steam exec.

Reinstalled both and read the directions(DA) found out each has it's activate code. I haven't tried it yet but I think it will work. Just in case I checked integrity of both.
