Hi everyone, it is time I have a look again in this forum, the very old (as in 2000 - 2004 or so) registered members still around will possibly remember me. Well, who can forget the legendary Commander Jamieson and his (at the time) best English language Commander's Space Station?  .
I see, PJ Knipps has moved up in the hierarchy of Moderators, well done Paul  .
Anyone who still remembers me from the X2 days and before that still posting in this forum here might care to comment? Of what is new, not so new or what ever.

Yes, I remember you. Just a few days ago, someone needed help re: XTBF. That made me remember your site, one of the few useful X site when the game was young.

Alas, I'm too young to remember you, but the Commander's Space Station was a huge help as I explored X2.
Thanks for all you put into that project, and thanks for letting it be re-hosted at compurees.org! Otherwise, I'd have never been able to see it.

I have given, at the time I left X2 to move on with health and other issues, a couple of members here to copy my entire web site to continue with it but as it seems, The Commander's Space Station has gone the way it would have if or when hit by a Gamma HEPT (the most powerful missile in the X Universe). Pity really as I had a wealth of Modding, 3D and other tips on that web site to make the X Universe a better place than EGOSOFT ever would have imagined. Plus heaps of other stuff like modded EXEs etc. and any info one would have ever needed for the old Space Sims like Dave Brabben's Frontier etc.
Well, such is progress I think. Whether this is for the better, who knows.

I had a different name in those days(used my real name at first ,but lost access as I kept forgetting the password  )

Your site was very useful in the past, I started using it when I was with AOL on a 56K dialup, make a coffee and pop to the shops while a page was loading With the orignal Argonpedia down as well the only really useful all in one site is Roguey's these days, as you mentioned that you still have a lot more that should have gone on there (eyes lit up on your mention of Elite, Lenslok anyone  ) are you considering putting another site together?
