Testing the forthcoming X3AP 2.5 update

If you have basic DevNet membership (no NDA required) and are interested in testing our forthcoming 2.5 update for X3AP, then please head over to the X3TC / AP Public Beta Testing forum (if the link doesn't work for you then you need to sign up to DevNet in your ForumProfile!) and download our Beta version.

The update introduces a new plot for Terran players that will dispatch them deep behind enemy lines to weaken the Commonwealth war efforts. In addition, also some little bugfixes have made it into this version.

Note that this is a test version. Savegame compatibility between the update 2.5 Beta and the final release of version 2.5 cannot be maintained. Please backup your savegames. This version is not signed. New games and re-saved games will be marked as *modified*.

Will start a new game in my other account to help test as soon as I come home. My main account is currently playing DiD, so I can't test using it.
