Hello, I am new to this so please be patient... Could anyone advise me - i have reinstalled this game (Terran Conflict 2.0 x3) and having enterred the product code I am informed that the game is already registered - it is - to myself - and it won't let me continue without the same details as i originally entered which apparently are different to now?

You don't have to register your game in your forum profile in order to be able to play the game. Also, as you said you have your game already registered with the forum account your posting with. Access to all downloads and forums is granted to you with this account. No need to create a second one.

Ok thank you for responding, but having re-installed the game from disc i cannot proceed as it asks for the product activation. Having entered the correct code and my details it only tells me that it is registered to someone else or if i am trying to re-register maker sure the details i am entering are the same as the original.
I cannot bypass this stage and cannot apparently find the correct details - which i'm sure are what i am already entering.

The pop up message also says that if i have forgotten the detail i should contact support - which i am trying to do now.

Then you have not the PC, but the MAC version (Edit: indeed your profile is showing it). The MAC version was made by virtual programming ltd. You will have to contact their support.
