Hello all, I think a rogue script is wrecking my game. The game itself takes at least a minute to load now, where it used to take only 20 seconds or so. Even worse, every time I go into a new sector, it takes about 30 seconds to do the jump.
Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot which script is causing this, or has caused this? Has anyone else had this problem?

Some of your times sound, "Long"; but IMHO the game gets 'slower' as you grow your empire and the game has more and more stuff going on in it. I'm guessing your milege may vary based on what kind of rig you are running on.
On my machine, I'm guessing "I'm close" (say 70% as long..) to you with a pretty vast empire...

I've done some more research and it is almost definitely related to the 226 station complex I just built...apparently X3 doesn't like more than 100 in a sector. Now to figure out Complex Cleaner.........

226 stations?! 
wow, I don't know how you guys can build such huge complexes.

With the complex cleaner I have built self substaning complexes with as
many as 8000 stations (equiv). They were crunched..
