TC Turret question

I was attempting to set my turret for missile defense, but the only command options I have for the turret are "None" & "Attack my target".

Do I need to install an upgrade of some kind to use my turret for missile defense? Thanks.

You only need Fight Command MkII for Missile Defense, but having both never hurts
