[MD/MOD] Unique Ships Fix

this is a small but very effective fix, that prevents the Argon One and McCallum from respawning after they have been destroyed. of course this fix will only work after one starts a new game, due to the way the script works (but therein lies the beauty).
both ships can now be found docked at the shipyards in Argon Prime and Mars, along with their wings, from where they'll start their assigned missions -- if you start as Anonymous Argon you can actually see the Argon One undock. i also took the liberty to disable the forced targeting of the flightschool, which can now be destroyed as well.
