Goner Temple?

Playing X3 TC 3.0 no mods .. was looking at some guides that say Goner Temple for a JumpDrive and plot are in Cloud Base Sw , i have searched this zone and cannot find it ... is it always there?

Goner Temple is in Elyisium of Light, not even close to Cloudbase SW. Also it's only available there after completing a specific plot.

Are none of the plots offered at the start of the game.. I did some flight training and that was it .. It didnt lead to anywhere else i wasnt prompted to go anywhere else.............?

check your mission log for any entries, should be there. If not, fly back to the start sector and look for little blue books above the stations.

Missionn Log is empty... Dont recall ever seeing a blue bulb ..gonna check

It's not a blue bulb, it's a blue book.

there are no blue bulbs or books and nothing in my mission log ..

Oh and if you did a "Custom Start" then all plots are disabled.

The exception is the Treasure Hunt plot.

So lookin at this the only plot i can start is the Goner Plot?

hmm not dure if i did ,, it started me with a Buster and 1k credits ...Is there anyway to know .. and do you mean all plots are permenatley disabled in custom .. or at the start and you have to find them yourself?

Go to the Pilot Status (Press 'P', then 'P' again) then scroll right down to the bottom. If it says *** modified ***, and if you aren't using any mods or scripts, then you chose the Custom Start. I think the Custom Start does put you in a Buster with 1k credits.

Oh upon closer inspection, in "Statistics" it tells you the Start Scenario.

Ok it does say Modidfied at the bottom... So does that mean all plots are permenatley disabled?

And where can i get a Jump Drive , of the 15 or so zones i have traveled thru no one sells them?

Well its more based on what your start is. As I said, if you scroll down to the Statistics then the very top one says what you started scenario was.

And the Terracorp HQ in Home of Light can sell you a Jumpdrive. If you go to your in-game encyclopedia via your personal tab.

There is nothing in Statisitics about scenario started .. Just travel and shots , bounty .. miscellaneaous info ... Nothing about Started Scenario

and the encylpedia only shows Known stuff .. .. Doesnt have much info at all just the weapons i use and ships i have contaceted etc.. seems just Known material..

Then you are playing the custom start, which disabled all the plot.

Alright I just started a Custom Game and it doesn't tell you the starting scenario, therefore the top information in Statistics should be "Favourite Ship". If that's the case, you're in a custom start.

Thought I had better point out, when reading threads it is important to note which game is being discussed. The Goner Temple used to be in CBSW in X games prior to TC.
