and the chp should have what guns and where.. max shileds i know and any recommended softwares?

right.. needed a beak from the eralier ones lol... X:BTF not baad game its kool but the way they talk gets annoying..but the whole thing being really big makes me feel motion sick lol.... so i went back to X3TC for today
Is it me or is there sense of statasfaction when you kill a Xenon Q or 2....
also the gannet... should i replace it for a cobra?
if so whats the best outift
is it me or are the turrets on M7M's kinda f'cked up.. i have them on fighter duty and they dont do a thing the rear turret does better..
the CHP.
is this a a good fit

The CHP? California Highway Patrol?
If you mean the HCP, I think a mix of HEPT/EBC/PAC would work. Though personally I'd turn some into mobile PBG/EBC/MD platforms (depending on what the ship is going to be used for).
The Ecliptic Projector was a piece of ship software that showed a blue grid in any given sector, it wasn't included in TC.

Last time seen in Vanilla was X2 - pretty useful, I might add.
As for M7M: Since you don't lead them right into the furball but keep them a bit outside, it doesn't really matter which one you use. As in most cases I choose the one that looks best

Umm... actually it was in Reunion.
And in any case, what it showed was the Ecliptic plane, which is centered at 0,0,0.
Choose the fastest one. Some times you'll need speed to position it.

Probably the Cobra, more often than not the fastest ship of a given class is usually of Split origin (but not always).
