Season's Greetings from EGOSOFT
As we say farewell to the 21st Century's first decade, we can take a few moments during this holiday season to reflect not only on a busy 2010, but also a decade which has seen the growth of EGOSOFT and the X franchise of games. 2010 saw the incremental upgrade of X3: Terran Conflict to version 3.0 and also, to celebrate the momentous achievement of more than a decade of X, the X-Superbox, containing all of the X-Series games and some great Community content, was released.
As we look forward to what promises to be an exciting and busy year ahead, we do so with a justified sense of achievement and pride in what has got us to this point. The team, the technology and the times may have changed since X - Beyond the Frontier was released, but the fantastic support and the passion of the fans of the X-Universe remains something which continues to drive us forward in our quest to produce the future of space gaming.
We at EGOSOFT would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continuing support and wish you all and your families a joyous holiday season and a peaceful and prosperous New Year.

Sorry, that's wrong. There was no year 0 AD (it went from 1BC to 1AD) so the first decade of the first century was years 1-10, the tenth decade of that century was years 91-100, etc. So the post is quite correct in saying the first decade of the 21st Century is years 2001-2010.Merroc wrote:Was just reading the Dutch version and I would just like to say that we are already in the second decade of the 21 century and 3rd milennium. its from 2000-2009, 2010-2019.. But who's complaining.
