Need big help to add ship to XRM

Hello, I installed on my PC X3TC XTM and X3AP XRM and i would like to transfer Olympus paranid ship from XTM to XRM

could someone explain to me, step by step, and in clear terms how to take a ship from X3TC XTM and transfer it in my X3AP XRM plz???

I watched tutorials on the net but it's too complicated for me or I must be too stupid


ps : I have x3 editor 2 and ship creator from cycrow
