How about the Eta-2 Actis interceptor? I think it would fit just perfectly to the other ships in this mod.

Thats a jedi starfighter. The ARC-170 is best suited to act as a fighter for the venator.

i have to figure out how to make bullets first.. i havent been able to make my custom textures work yet so thats why we are using vanilla bullets for now.. THE SOUNDS ARE THERE THO..

check your caps lock, i can read the small letters just fine.. Smile

about that interceptor, i had that in store for the final release.. it is not yet finished..

The ARC-170 was actually a heavy multi-role fighter and was better suited for mission were dogfights weren't likely since they could be out maneuvered by vultures and tri-fighter droids. V-wings or V19 torrents are better suited, IMO, as cap fighters.

however the idea to add the venator wasnt joined by making custom strike craft for it since there is already a plethora of fighters in game that would suffice.

I think this ship is awesome! Thx 4 your work!

But I have some problems by installing this Mod Sad
If i activate the Mod, I can't put Stations together with a Complex Component (don't know the right translation, cause i play the german version Smile.

Do you know something about this error?

Edit: I use some Scripts from lucike and the OTAS-STations as Mod.

how exacly did you install the mods together..? if you have a station mod together with this mod you might have to merge them..

Fake Patches.

I tried also to install the ship with cyrow's plugin manager, with the same result Sad

And I compare the Components and Dummies File, but I can't find mistakes.

Edit:
The Components are the Problem. Everytime i add them, i can't use the Complex Components correctly Sad

Hi!!
Does this mod has compatibility issues with other mods?

For some reason the ship does not appear. I checked the shipyards and the cheat menu and it does not show up but the weird thing is that I received the message which says that the mod is installed.

Any ideas?

I D/Led this ship a week ago....
LOVING IT!!!!!!!!! Very Happy

i have this ship + CODEA Carrier management + MARS FC + Winghotkeys
not to mention, i have over 70 fighters and have made my own gamestart using this ship! (personal use only, debating making my first release....)
i must say though, this ship has awsome Firepower and manuverability for its size, i would classify it as an M0.... (this is just me, you might have your own opinion...)

awsome mod, and i can confirm it is compatable with CODEA Weapons system, MARS Fire Control, AND Hotkey mods Very Happy

P.S. this is my first post on egosoft......
P.S.S. if there is other work to be done, i can be a tester for this

Really loving this Venator.
I'm new to this game, bought it just for the "fly a star destroyer" dream..

a few questions tho,
is the docking script working in RC1?

and why isn't there any weapons on the venator right after the procurement?
is that normal?

would really appreciate some guide. Smile

i am having the same prob with the fighters docking. only got the ts to dock the fighters come to about 2.52km and the stop. they look like they are trying to lineup but cant. any sujestions? Evil or Very Mad

another problem needs help is when i Jump to another sector through the gates, my venator will inevitably get rammed to death before it could get clear of the gate after the jump..
sounds silly, i know i know.. Sad
