This is my first ever mod and is very much in its beta stages! If you download this at this point I cannot guarenty no bugs or problems, everything is working on my computer and I have iorned all the bugs out of it as far as I can see.

Introduction
Reacently Jtedit Salvagers Incorperated have noticed some ships will leave new 'auto-bots' behind when destroyed. These bots can be programed to improve your ships performance, both your rudder and engine can be upgraded beyond normal with these new bots.
Obtaining Upgrade Packs
The setup script will start 2 scripts running.
One will check your target, if it is not a ship or you have no target then the the script will wait for a while and start again, if it is a ship it will check it exists every second or so, if the ship has been destroyed there is a 30% chance a Rudder Package or an Engine Package will be created.
The other script gets what sector your currently in, waits about 5 seconds and then gets the sector again, if there is no change it will wait 5 seconds and start again, otherwise there is a 10% chance that an Upgrade Pack will be created somewhere in the sector.
Using Upgrade Packs
Once you have collected an upgrade pack you can use it by pressing a hotkey defined in the controls menu. A menu will pop up asking you if you want to use a Rudder or Engine pack, select the one you wish to use and it will check you have some on board, if not it will say error in a subtitle at the bottem of the screen, otherwise it will continue and add some engine or rudder tunings to your ship.
Future/Plans
Get a working settings menu - adjust the chances of creating packs and various other options
Try and get a similar one with cargo bay size (I did try but it was very doggey and didnt work some of the time)

Debuging
At the moment there is no way to turn debugging on or off without editing the script in the script editor. Those who know what they are doing in the script editor can go to global tasks and press delete over the script called 'a1.jtediit.up.checktarget'.
Then go into the script editor and changed the variable '$debug' to = anything other than 1, this will turn debugging on, change the value back to 1 to turn debugging off. After making a change exit it, save your changes and press r to run it.
Beta Testers
First things first, make sure that the Engine Package/Rudder Package are made properly. If you destroy a ship and a blank ware is created then DO NOT SAVE. These wares cannot be targeted or destroyed, however if you have something like MARS running they will be automaticly picked up, they will be invisble in your cargo hold and take up room, but be un-ejectable. If this happens exit X3 and unintall the mod, then please write in here that it happend. It shouldnt, but it might...
Secondly, if you recive any odd messages from debugging or just normaly please write them here. The script should add different amounts of Engine/Rudder Tunning depending on what ship you are in. If your in a M1 and it says 'Small Class Ship, adding 3 units of .....' then something is wrong, please post here. It works on my computer, but I did have troubles with it at some point, so if this problem resufaces let me know.
