I've towed th mining base ship to Aldrin, now what?

Nothing is happening when I tow the mining base ship to Aldrin. What did i fail to do? I'm doing the Aldrin plot by the way.

go back one sector (aldrin 2) and tow it to the main supply base there.

It's Aldrin 2, not Aldrin.

Ok, I towed the mining ship to the station. Still nothing! And I towed it real close. Any ideas?

Did you check your mission briefing? Did it change? Have you check the ownership of the mining ship?

Mission briefing hasn't changed and I don't own the ship yet. I'm really stumped.

Can we get a shot of your position on the map? And do you have an earlier save to reload to?

well i guess i crashed the ship into the station. The Lt. said too bad about the ship and it seems the plot is now progressing

you can always buy another ship if you want one

what sector were you in when it crashed?

only thing i can think of is maybe you have a mod that altered things, although that seems very unlikely

i've only done this mission once and instantly received a completion and control of the ship when i got to the station

really, you're not missing anything aside from a free TL, which you can just buy one in saturn if you want
