Split vs Xenon

A couple days ago I was flying through one of the Xenon sectors and as i was approaching the east gate in pops this Split destroyer. Well it just so happens that at that particular time i was dodging fire from 4 Xenon Q, 1 Xenon J and 1 Xenon K. Well this Split Desie put up one hell of a fight. It took down 3 of the Q before its hull cracked open and imediatly exploded in a fantastic display of flam.

It was an awesome battle to behold and is the only reason i managed to get through the gate unscathed.

Jeez, another Split Python kicking Xenon Q butt, what's happening ? did someone suddenly Pimp Split Pythons :D
