it only makes them more pleasant to kill next time ;D

the biggest problem here is that people are not used to retreat in X3 ;>

yes, missile boats are one of solutions. And CODEA.

Finally some use for that gannet. Been collecting dust ever since i got it. This ought to be interesting...hundreds of hours into the game and this will be the first missile I've ever fired. Let the fireworks begin!

Edit: I lol'd a bit at this. I actually couldn't use the missile frigates, because the insane lag froze my computer. Ended up using cycrows cheat script to destroy sector. Anyways, the menu said [destroy khaak ships: 40,790] Frame rate when from 0.1 (really) to 367. I thought that was kinda funny...hows that for swarming?

Improved Races is the old version made by 7ate9tin11s and then updated by Jack08 and djrygar.
Improved Races 2.0 is the successor to the old IR and has been written from scratch. Beware IR 2.0 is currently not finished, however IR 1 is buggy.

So this mod will make me able to eliminate the whole universe (when I am strong enough ofc) and own it? Without any stations respawning? If yes, then.... MUHAHAHAHAHAAAHH Twisted Evil

By the way, is it compatible with X Rebalance Mod (XRM, not Ship RM)? Confused

I have some problems with khaak sectors.

When i enter it, after minute or less, there are pointjump scouts, many of them. And then more and more, unless it becomes so laggy, that you can't even load game. And, what is more strange, they call mammoth's. Not all of them, nearly 5/6.
Why this is happening?.

AP 2.5, no SRM because it is not compatible with AP(as they said).
Also few mods, but i don't think they cause it.

i'd advise you to use IR 2.0, Jack did lots of work there and it is much less buggy

So how is this modification when compared to this? http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=254599 I really want to know, because combining these 2 is a nonsense, right? I want to use one of these with XRM. What I want is a more living universe, bigger reactions to my actions, occasional AI wars and sector occupying, and being able to actually wipe out the entire X universe (or a huge part, entire race for example).

Basically, which of these 2 modifications is better in this or more advanced? Thanks

Hi

I've been using IR and been thoroughly enjoying it, cant play X3 without it. Thanks for this great script.

Generally there are 4-6 counter strikes/invasions happening at any one time.

Could someone tell me how to increase the maximum number of concurrent invasions for the normal races?

Is this possible? Supposedly IR:Chaos did something like this but is out of date now i believe.

Also i prefer to this version over IR 2.0 because it runs better for me (invasions stall in 2.0 for me).

I'm using AP if that makes any difference.

Some browsers have issues with .spk file downloads, dont just click it, right click and hit save. Unfortunately due to the number of different browsers "Save" could mean anything from "save as" to "save file as" to "save link as"
