Hello, gentlebeings!

Many of you may own passenger transports (TP class vessels) but other than carting marines around there are not many ways for putting them to work.

Mr.Gee has written a script to give TP a purpose... and a source of income.
I have updated this Reunion script for Terran Conflict.


Usage:
Every trading station sells a ware (or rather a service) called "Open a passenger terminal".
After buying this contract and when the installation is completed, your spaceline can transport passengers from and to this station and you will be able to see the passengers who wish to be transported.

After you have opened terminals in at least 2 sectors, you can schedule flights for your TP.

On the TP's command menu you can schedule nonstop flights to only one destination and back or route flights, that land at multiple stations.

For route flights you enter start and destination station and one intermediate station. ("ueber")
In addition to that, the TP will stop at all trading stations along the way, provided you are running a passenger terminal there.

You will also be asked after how many flights ("Bericht nach Fluegen") you wish to have a report posted to your log.

Should any bugs creep up, please please speak up. I am no scripter but no script is fatally unfixable.

Unpack the RAR archive into the X3TC main folder, preserving folders.
(scripts go to the scripts folder, language localisation files to the t folder)

I was thniknig of making something a bit like this! But as a more menu-operated thingy, where you could transport hundreds to certain places etc.

Any chance of putting it in a Zip not a Rar?

I am not a Scripter. And it is easier for my Hoster, the File in RAR-Format to hosten.

I don´t know, whether i can change or post in ZIP, but i want in same Days it "versuchen" (i don´t know the right word, sorry) !

Just a little tip

Every one of the commands slots either conflict with some major scripts by Luckie & Gazz or are under the allowed range (starting at slot 16)

I'd seriously suggest you look at the slots your using again and choose some free command slots or nobody will use your script because of the potential conflicts

Tried it and I have Gazz and Luckies scripts and havn't had problem yet.

I suppose it depends on the script you have, according to [url=http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=216690]TC Download Library[/url] the tid commands listed are used or blocked by egosoft

the command slots below 16 will work, however, it would mean that this script will be incompatable with future bonus packs released by egosoft

given the large number of command slots available, there really is no reason to have conflicts

Have noticed that after a time . The game is suddenly starting to freeze.
(after a number of indetemined minutes)
It takes a quick Alt-Ctrl_delete or a cold start of the system to resolve the problem.
I also have removed the scripts and XML files.

This script does have an attractive appeal for the game and would like to see
a working set for it.

(as my Brits mates would say)

Re-reading the full thread.....If i get this right, you are not Mr Gee and as he has not posted since 2004 it appears you have converted it without his permission.

And my English: You can´t see, how i fight with every word.
I learnd English at School (?) its very long ago; and there are very many Words, that i don´t know. When the words very equal and short, i think then i can understand it, sometimes.

Question: Want you some PN-Discussions with me. (A bigger Horizon ??!! To learn German and i learn English.
Only a Possibility !

I take some Words via Google Tramslater here.
A lot of Words is very lucky: 111 x AND 111 x

In German can this hear how a big joke !

Hallo i tested the corrected version of the script and it works but the commands are not shown correctly anymore.

There are only unknown command and command type custom shown. Beside good portation.


Ich habe die corregierte Version des Scripts getested und es funktioniert aber die Kommandos werder nicht mehr richtig angezeigt.

Es wird nur noch unknown command oder command type custom angezeigt. Nebenbei gute Portierung.
