yeah, how ironic you got any info on this HD and youtube stuff? Because now I wonder if every HD vids gna do the same... Any special notice about encoding the HD vids?

What are you using to edit and render again? Vegas?

if so try making a custom render setting and changing the audio to

Mode:CBR
Format : Window Media Audio
Attributes : 128kps

thats my setting anyway for audio
there are some good videos on youtube that take you through the procedure of making your vegas settings perfect for youtube HD

other possibility if it's the HD render of the vid. Filefront's player has no problem with the audio, however it's not HD either. Anyway, I will look into this later.
