[AL PLUGIN] Yaki Armada 2 - Beta Build 210 - [2010-07-22]

sry, i have a problem. "readtext 8514-100"
after installing it together with pirate gild and stuff, this is what i see in the a.i.-menu: readtext 8514-100
so i press "true" and now somtimes i see a yaki ship named "readtext" flying tru, but ecs dont work. so i cant talk with him.
anyways something is wrong.

Installed this with AP, and selected 5 motherships in settings. When I checked the ECS hotkey, there were 2 motherships online, and within less than 2 minutes the other races had destroyed them. Not sure if they will respawn or I'm just out of luck? This was on a new Bankrupt Assassin start.
Edit: Nevermind I figured out what I was doing wrong. Had to select a Yaki base and use the hotkey on it to see the rest of the motherships... and yes, apparently they do respawn just fine.

They respawn fine, but RRF in AP destroy them very quick. I'm going to add see if I can increase difficulty or something because it doesn't seem the Yaki really have a chance to establish a foothold. I haven't used this in TC so I'm not sure what it's supposed to be like, but it's just TLs and M1s that jump around the universe and get wiped out by RRF.
An annoying feature/bug of this script is that the EQ dock in Senator's Badlands refills its stock with weapons.

Only work-around I've found when using all those together is set Teladi/Yaki/Pirates/Pirate Guild all friends...war or nuetral with everyone else ....I call them the "New Profit Union" in my game....hope that helpsdispostableatheist wrote:I'm playing XRM: AP with ImprovedRaces 2.0. Armada vs XRM
I am having trouble with your Yaki Armada mod. I installed it on top of XRM and in artificial life setting activated armada, pirate guild and ADS. I can't be sure about Pirate guild, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. When I tried it some time ago, it spawned ships like mob bosses in certain sectors, etc. I haven't seen anything like it with this installation. In addition, I often get bounties for Armada ships that shouldn't be part of Yaki armada - for example some xenon ships, in xenon sectors. This bounty not only overrides the bounty I should be receiving from XRM bounty system, the ships also do not have the characteristic $ sign in their name signaling XRM bounty will be given for them, but it is displayed if I manualy look on the ship's bounty.
