The default key for launching missiles is l (little L Cool ) For selecting different missiles press m (or with mouse in the missile tab.)

the missle launch key is also the second joystick button.. u should try mapping the missle key.. or u can just customise the hot keys through the TC itself.

The default for a joystick is to hold button 2, while a normal push cycles thru the missiles. But, I always change that because I rather it just shoot off a missile instead of the seconds of delay it takes for it to register that the button is being held down. You usually don't have much of an opening to fire missiles in this game, because enemy fire will cause missiles to blow up in your face.

You can do the hold button action for any of the commands, I think. All you have to do is hold down the button/key when you are binding them.
