New Start 31 Condor

James awoke took a shower shaved, then put on his new flight suit it was black with a black silk strip down the side, James like the new design and putting a colored stripe indicating the station or ship was a good ideal for fast recognition of personnel.
Black for partners, blue for HQ, Aqua for the Phoenix, Gold for the Phoenix 2, Brown for the Phoenix 3, Yellow for the Phoenix 4, Dark Teal for the Phoenix 5, Sea Green for the Eagle, Grey for the Condors, Red for the Home of Light Station, Pink for Ore Belt stations, Light Orange for Aladna Hill Silicon Mine, Plum for the Aladna Hill Crystal Fab, Dark Red for the Aladna Hill HQ, James picked up his data pad and put it into his flight bag then left the suit, caught the lift down to the cafeteria.

James enter the cafeteria looked around then too a table in the back,

Sarah approached James with a pot of coffee and a cup pored him a cup : good morning Mr. Hawk would you like some breakfast?

James: I think I’ll just have coffee for now thank you.

Sarah gave him the coffee your welcome then left.

Jeff joined James: Mike and Sam are on the way down, Sam is eager to get his ship.

James: well he only has to wait a few Stazuras.

Mike and Sam walked in and Joined them.

Sarah Pored coffee for them, would you like to order breakfast?

James: as soon as Thresica arrives.

Sarah: ok I’ll be back

Mike: has Thresica got the crew ready to go?

James: I’m sure she does, she’ll be here shortly.

Thresica, Chris and Tracy walked in to the Cafeteria and joined them.


Thresica: I got the crews loading onto the Phoenix 5.

Sarah arrived with more cups and coffee, then took breakfast orders.

Sam: can we go to KE after breakfast?

James: I guess we can, If the crews are loaded.

Sam: good, I want to get my ship.

Sarah arrived with the breakfast cart and passed out meals, refilled the coffee and Juice glasses asked if she could get anything else, then left.

After Breakfast the group left the cafeteria, James, Chris, and Sam headed to the Phoenix 5, entered and went up to the bridge,

Chris: has all of the personnel loaded yet ?

Adam: Yes sir, they are in the mess hall.

Chris: ok undock and head to KE.

Adam: roger,

James stood with Chris as the ship undocked and moved to the jump point.

Navigation: Jumping in 5,4,3,2,1,Jumping

Computer: entering sector Kingdoms End

Security: Cap Launched, sector clear.

Navigation: coarse laid in to Shipyard,

Sam: that was a smooth Jump.

Chris just smiled,

The ship moved toward the station, the cap kept the area cleared, when the ship had finished docking, James and Sam went down to the docking bay and departed the ship, Sam Gathered up his crew and had them load up on the transports that were waiting,

James: Salas I see that you are well,

Salas: yes and I am glad you are well.

James: I told you I would be here and Sam is excited to get his ship.

Salas: yes I see that, I want you to know that we are ahead of schedule on two of the frigates and on the Carrier, they will be done by the end of the Wozura.

James: that is wonderful, Salas.

Salas: I will Take you to the ship and we have found that without the Cabin the fighter will handle the cloaking shields.


James: good when can I have them?

Salas: 10 are ready the other ten at the end of the Wozura.


James: good I call for some pilots to load them on the Phoenix.

Salas: ok we’ll wait for them.

James called Chris,

Chris: yes James

James: Chris I need 10 Pilots to load some fighters onto the Phoenix,

Chris: I’ll send them out to you>

James: OK

As James was waiting the pilots arrived and were loaded on to the transports, Salas led the group to the fighters first, the pilots unloaded and Jeff stayed with them, then Salas took the others to the Frigate.

Sam: had his crew load and went on board.

James and Salas completed the registrations and transfer of funds,

James: thank you Salas I’ll ride with Sam, see you in a few Tazuras.

Salas: ok I will have the ships ready for you, Bye

James walked up the loading ramp into the docking bay then entered the lift and road up to the bridge, Sam was in the command seat checking the ships status.

James: are we ready to undock?

Sam: almost

James called Jeff

Jeff: hello

James: Jeff how’s the loading coming?

Jeff: I have the AI loaded on six of the ships and 4 are on there way, no make it 5, and I’m headed to the 7th ship now give me another 10 Mizuras, and I should be done.


James: ok, James watched as Sam’s crew prepared to undock, they were checking ship status and engine, and shields status reports,

Sam: undock and head to the jump point.

Navigation: undocking, coarse set,

Security: sector is clear,

Navigation: departing station, entering departure path, cleared station, exiting departure path, engaging engines, Jump point in 5 Mizuras.


Sam: James the phoenix is still docked should we wait on her?

James: yes, James called Jeff,

Jeff: James the last fighter is headed to the phoenix,

James: were near the jump point have Chris link up with us for the Jump,

Jeff: roger

James watched the screens as the Phoenix departed the station and turned to link up with them at the jump point, the cap docked on the phoenix and Chris called Jumping in 5,4,3,2,1, Jumping

Computer: entering sector Power circle,

Sam: dock at the HQ,

Navigation: Coarse set and the Condor followed the Phoenix to the HQ and docked.

James: good job I’ll see you later, then departed the ship. And headed to the office.

James entered the office,

Anjanette: good morning James

James: morning Anjanette, Sherry, I hope I’m not keeping you two to busy,

Anjanette: Its not bad,

Sherry: with the new help my work load will be cut in half.

James: good, you two have done a wonderful job, I appreciate
It. Is Thresica in

Sherry: yes

James: thank you, then headed back to her office.

Thresica: Hi James, is Sam happy with his ship?

James: Very, I haven’t seen him this excited since we got our first Hawk prototype.

Thresica: good him and Mike deserve them, I just hope that the ships will keep them safe .

James: I do too, but Sam can be the eager beaver at times, but Mike can handle him when he is like that.

Thresica: I have the accountant and office manager coming in to day the scheduling clerk will be here tomorrow, the Aladna Hill Management staff will be here tomorrow also, the crews for the Condors are being trained BY Mike, Chris has a full crew, Tracy’s crew is back up to strength, and we have the primary crew for the Phoenix 4 training with Tracy, the rest of the crew will be here in two Tazuras, Rodger called me yesterday and said that he was ahead of schedule with the AH HQ, he estimated we can start moving in in 4 Tazuras.

James: you have been busy, I was worried that I wouldn’t have the personnel when the ships were ready and I’m glad that the HQ is ahead of schedule.

Thresica: I want to go to Aladna Hill when you take the Phoenix’s 3&5 there.

James: ok should be in three Tazuras. Will that give you the time to get the new office manager settled in?

Thresica: I think so, if not I’ve chosen the wrong person and will rectify that.

James: you ready for lunch?

Thresica: Yes, I’m hungry, lets go

Thresica: Ill be back later,

Sherry: ok, bye

James & Thresica head to the dinning room, as they entered they were stopped by the Hostess

Hostess: Hi your table is ready this way and I’ll get a waitress to get you drinks. She led them to there table and flagged a waitress over,

Amy: what can I get you?

Thresica: tea please

James: coffee for now.

Amy: ok, I’ll be right back,

James: Mike and Sam are out perfecting there tactics, Jeff is out watching them, I have all afternoon for my self and I don’t know what to do, you will be interviewing the new managers, I could go out with Chris and watch him train his crew, or I could just catch up on my paper work.

Thresica: you could, but I think you should go with Chris,

James: If you insist, ok, I think I will,

Amy returned with the drinks took the orders and left.

Thresica: Ill let you know how the interviews go,

James: ok, Id like to know if they can handle the job.

Amy returned with there orders, refill the drinks ;Can I get you anything else,

James: no I’m fine

Thresica: no thank you

Amy left

After lunch Thresica went back to the office, and James went to Join Chris ,

As James walked onto the bridge and ask Chris to undock and go so he could watch the Condor’s maneuvers

Chris: sure I’d like to watch myself, then ordered the ship to undock.

As the ship left the station the condors were 23Ks out the ship maneuvered to a location where they could watch the ships on the screens,

Chris: Mike were here to watch so don’t use the cloaking shields ok

Mike: roger

They watched as the ships made an attack on 20 simulated fighters the Condors launched there 4 fighters to assist and draw the attackers in to the Condors firing ark and were destroyed, then they watched as the condors attacked a station defended by 4 laser towers, the condors made it look to easy and took out the towers with in a Mizura,

James communicator buzzed, James: yes Salas how can I help you?


Salas: the twenty cloaked fighters are ready for pick up,

James: already!

Salas: yes, I know I told you by the end of the Wozura, But we finished them early, and 1 of the condors is ready, the other one will be done in two Tazuras, along with the carrier and its fighters.

James: ok, Thank you, I’ll pick all of them up in 2 Tazuras ok,

Salas: ok if you need more of the shielded fighters let me know, we’ve cut down on the conversion time,

James: I will, see you soon. James disconnected. When he looked up at the screen they were headed toward the HQ station.

Chris: Mike called and said they were heading in,

James: ok

James left the ship after docking and went to the office,

Anjanette: hi James, Thresica is still with the Managers,

James: Thank you, James went to Thresica’s office and knocked.

Thresica: come in.

James entered and Thresica introduced him,


James greeted Lana Cruz and Olivia Francis, and welcome to Hawk’s Security,

Thresica: we were finishing up here, and I planed to take them to there apartments, I explained to Olivia that we would take her to Aladna Hill Friday and that she can inter view the Secretary applicants and select the two she likes.

James: good, Olivia I can Have your family and house hold items shipped Saturday if you like, and inform your personnel that transportation will be provided for them.

Olivia; I will but I want to hold off on shipping my family till the summer break,

James: that will be ok. Thresica will I see you for dinner?

Thresica: sure I’ll bring Lana and Olivia so they can meet the partners ok

James: I’ll contact them and some selected others to join us.

James: Its good to meet you and Ill see you at dinner, James left the office and headed to his suite,

James entered the suite and called Jeff,

Jeff: hello

James: can you meet me, Thresica and the two new managers for dinner at 7:00 PM

Jeff: sure let me change,

James that what I’m doing I need to call Mike and Sam

Jeff: call Mike I’ll get Sam

James: ok see you at dinner, and disconnected then called Mike

Mike: Hi James what’s up?

James I need you to meet us for dinner at 7:00pm, Thresica is bringing the two new managers to meet us.

Mike I’ll be there. And disconnected

James then called Tracy and Chris to join them.
took a shower and put on casual clothes, then headed down to the lounge at 6:45pm ordered coffee and told the waitress that there would be 9 for dinner

James sat and sipped his coffee, saw Jeff Mike and Sam enter the lounge at 07:00 pm they walked over and sat down,

Jeff I see we made it before our guests,

James: I also asked Tracy and Chris to Join us, they need to meet Lana and Olivia since they will be providing security for the HQs

Mike: which one will take over here?

James: Lana will,

Mike: OK

James Spotted Thresica and Lana and Olivia walking in and they were followed by Tracy and Chris, James: Lana, Olivia I like you to meet my partners this is Jeff and Jeff stood up and greeted them, This is Mike, Mike stood up and greeted them, and this is Sam, Sam stood up and greeted them, I would also like you to meet Tracy Commander of the Phoenix 3 and Chris Commander of the Phoenix 5, they will be providing security for the HQs Sectors, The Phoenix 4 will be filling in when there out of sector, but that carrier won’t be in service till Friday.

As the group was sitting down Amy walked up and offered coffee, and took orders, then left .

Olivia: if the living quarters are as nice on the Aladna Hill Station as they are here my family will be very pleased with them, I think from what I have seen this station was well designed,

James Thank you the HQ in AH is bigger then this one and will have more shops, living quarters, apartments and suites. It was our engineers that built and designed this one and they will design the new one. I’ve heard of no complaints , But Dorothy the station Manager could answer that better then I.

Thresica: I can answer it, Dorothy told me she has received nothing but complements on the living quarters and the rentals since she has been here.

James: that’s good to know,

Lana: how do we pay for our meals? And what do they cost there was no prices listed on the menu?

Thresica: you don’t pay for your meals, remember room and board and clothing is covered in your contract, and the Cafeteria and lounge keep track of how many meals are consumed by employees and are supplemented funds for them. And that includes family members and guests. Tips go into a fund for the Waitress and Waiters.

Amy returned with the meals and passed them out and refilled the drinks, Amy: can I get anything else for you? When she received no from every one she left.

After dinner Dorothy and Scott showed up and met Lana and Olivia, and introduced Maxwell from station security,

Randle, Rodger and John Berry arrived and were introduced to Lana and Olivia,


Randle: James I have been talking to John and he would rather command the phoenix 1 if that would be acceptable with you.

James: then you would take the Phoenix 4?

Randle: yes

James: I don’t have a problem with that.

Randle: I have shown John around the Phoenix 1 and the crew is fine with the change, some were hoping to move with me.

James: that’s ok too as long as the ship remains mission ready.

Randle: I’ll turn in a list to Thresica in the morning, and we’ll be ready to pick up the ship Friday, I have already seen the operations on the Phoenix 3 and 5 I like the way the ship is laid out and the command controls are exceptional.

James: you know that you will be out more often then the phoenix 1, and it may be upgraded to the new style in a Jazura. I like the capability of the new ship myself.

John: just let me get used to the Phoenix 1 for a while, its been several Jazura’s since I’ve had a carrier.

James: ok

After dinner the group mingled till 10:30, James: will I see you ladies for breakfast?

Thresica: sure I want to go to KE with you,

Lana: I think Ill get a hold of my family and tell them about this place.

James: Ill see you tomorrow, and left to head up to his suite,
