Trader Conditions
It says Trade jumps 50
I even tried changing it to 49 but didn't work.
Is there a way to take a screenshot maybe? I am reinstalling the game, so it is redownloading from steam, it will be done in about 20 minutes or so. I can recheck then.

Lucike, wyvern, I reinstalled X3TC and set up the scripts, my pilots are back to the first rank again though so I have to wait and see if the problem happens. I think this might be the problem though
If you deactivate trade MK3 then you can go into the trader options, the jump range is set to 0 but when you activate MK3 trader the jump range is 50. I think the jump range of when the MK3 is deactivated is overriding the MK3 when it is activated so I deactivated MK3 and set jump range to 50 and then activated MK3. Right now my traders are working fine but they are low level and cant use jump drive yet but I haven't seen that command come up again.

- Trade software Mk3 overwrote satellite-network settings.

One thing to the Trade Command Software MK3. The description says, if the TMK3 installed, then the menu is limited. Perhaps somewhat imprecise.

suggest that you do an initial spk and then only for every odd version - given how fast lucike spits out new code

I've run into the same problem with EST docking up and not doing anything once pilots get to Freighter Pilot - I think I'll just fire the pilot, wait for the new one to get to one rank below max, and turn off training for now..
Edit: I deleted the pilot's profit record as a random idea, and the Freighter Pilot started running around and trading again. Have no idea why it would do that, but it did..
ReEdit: It seems only capable of running energy however.

Yesterday this script was running fine for me, but today I started a new game and tried to use this script, the option for start economy supply and trade is greyed out. I have the navMK1 trade MK1 and MK2 fighter MK1 and MK2 installed on the ship i want to use. the only new thing i did was updated the CLS version that was recently released. would that have something to do with it beeing greyed out? im running EST V3b02.
