[REQ] Better Escort Wings

Ok, I want Escort wings to actually be able to follow their mother ships in a useful fashion, I think it should require the following on the escort ship and that it should do what I've written below:

Requirements:

• Transporter Device
  
• Supply Software Mk I
  
• Navigation Software Mk I
  
• Energy Cells , Ammo & Missiles Required for fleet
  

Function:

When flying with an Escort, the ship with the supply software and stock can be ordered to SUPPORT it's Escorts, ie. any player race ship set to Protect it. It will use it's transporter device and stocked ammo/missiles and energy cells to restock the ship up to it's automatic ammo/missile settings (found in the weapons menu of each ship), and enough energy cells for the ship to jump with it if it has a jump drive. When in any sector where it can trade if the energy cells or required missiles fall below a player set threshold it should actively seek out the required wares in each system it enters and purchase them, and disperse them to it's escorts upon leaving the station.

I think this would be a fantastic one for Cycrow or Grazz to tackle, you two are incredible, and it's something a ship should be able to do really, with Supply Software.

I'd also like in the same bundle a function to make it do it for the Wing it's part of instead, so I can group it with friendly ships. And maybe an option for a player ship to do it to all friendlies in a sector when you give it the command? That'd be amazing...
