X3:R Bug migrated to X3:TC - Paranid Red Towers/Stations

Using the Bankrupt Assassin start, after working to get Paranid rep up to normal relations. I am again seeing the EXACT same bug as before. One or two stations per Paranid sector are still red, when I can land/trade at all the other stations there. Laser Towers linked to the Trade Stations in some sectors are red, even though the station itself is blue. Please fix this, I do not understand how or why this bug carried over into the new game. Those towers will eat up my merchant ships trying to do business in those sectors, or I go red to the attached station and loose rep by manually taking them out.
