Bug with 2nd Terracorp mission

Hi, When I try to do this mission, I fly to the medium shield fab and try to contact the person called "No Pilot". It shows on the mission briefing screen as "No Pilot" too. When I dock and speak to this strange character, nothing happens (probably as there is no pilot ;) ). So kinda stuck with this at the moment.

Same for OTAS 2nd mission (all corparation 2nd mission seems to do the same thing)
