English online manual

I cannot open the manual. I keep getting an adobe acrobate error stating the file is corrupt or not in a supported format.

This has just been fixed. Just let Steam update your game files again.

You can also force this by right clicking on "X3: Terran Conflict", then on "Properties". Then go into the "Local files" tab and click on "Verify integrity of game cache...".
