James was up dressed and on the way to the Hercules by 0600 local,

James was surprised to see that Mike was already their, what did you do work all night?

Mike: no I got here about 0545 , did you get my message?

James no I haven’t turned my data pad on, turned it on an noted that he had 4 messages, found Mikes and opened it, scanned down the lists, this is a lot of goods,
Ill imported it later, did you get the 2 chests from the mammoth?

Mike yes along with the three we found here there secured in my ship for now Ill take them to the phoenix later and store them. The gold was sent to your Vault and secured.

James: ok lets get busy I need to make this a quick one, I’ve decided to go to HOL this morning.

Mike: ok and heads to the nearest Demeter and enters it James follows, inside they find creates stacked to the ceiling with a small isle down the middle, James shimmies down the isle to the back then returns, the only way we will be able to inventory this is to unload it.

Mike: ill send 2 drones over and Ill take the other Demeter I guess we can stack these creates on the landing bay for now.

James: sounds like a plain, lets do it .

Mike left and in 3 Mizuras 2 drones entered the ship,

James: recorded the creates and there contents as the drones stacked them on the landing pad, opening ever other one, it took a full Stazura to get all of the creates of the ship, James added the information to his inventory list of the 5,000 creates
2,000 were Crystals 2000 were micro chips 1000 were computer components,

Mike walked up to James hears my list, inventory list of the 4,000 creates &
1500 Cloth Rimes, 2000 were micro chips 2000 were computer components

James added the goods to his list and showed Mike the totals, then sent a copy to him and Jeff, I going to breakfast want to join me?

Mike: ok lead on.

James led Mike to the Cafeteria, they found a table near the back and sat down,

A waitress named Jenny, took their orders and pored them coffee, then left

Thresica walked up to the table and sat down, she was wearing a nice suit and had her hair up in a pony tail, her make up was perfect, letting her green eyes shine brightly, she picked up a cup and filled it from the carafe that Jenny had left, good morning, what time are we leaving?

James: in about 3 Stazuras,

Thresica: good I need o check with Sherry before I leave.

Jenny stopped by and took Thresica order, then left.

James: That is a nice out fit you have on, is it new

Thresica: yes I had Umbel send it over when her equipment and goods were delivered, her daughter brought the things I ordered yesterday, their store should be opening soon, Umbel still need to get a tailor to work here.

James: I have some Cloth rimes and body armor for her, find out when can I get it delivered,

Thresica: I’ll make a note of it.

Their breakfast arrived, Jenny passed out the meals and went to refill the carafe with coffee.

They were just about done when Jeff arrived, I been looking for you, I wanted to tell you that Ill be living as soon as I have breakfast to pick up Susan, and to see if there is any thing else you wanted me to do.

James: no, not that I can think of. Just be careful.

Jeff I will.

Mike: I’ll fly as your wingman ok

Jeff: I have Sam going with me, why don’t you fly with James?

Mike; that fine, I work on those chests till we ready to go ok.

James I’ll call you when were ready.

Mike: ok see you later. Then he leaves the cafeteria.

James: see you on Eagle One. And he and Thresica leave, and head toward the dock.

James and Thresica enter the ship and strap in,

James: Jake lets go to the trading dock, and I have an inventory list I want you to down load from my data pad and work on, keep the cloth rimes, armor, weapons, and environmental suits, sell the rest, Including the capped ships from yesterday and the 2 Demeter’s.

Jake: wilco, Hatch secured, departing, 10 Mizuras later, landing, hatch open.

James follows Thresica out of the ship and walks with her to the office,

When they entered James greeted Sherry and Anjanette, ask them if they were having any problems, then he waked to the inner office and sat down while Thresica gave them their extra assignments for the day.

James checked the bank balances and the his messages, found that he had one from Josh saying he and some of his people would be here for the Party, found one from
Salas stating that he was ahead of schedule, James replied to it and asked for 4 more Super Freighters, He also noted that he had received a message from Captain Desmond excepting the Invite to the party and the status of the prisoners, and the amount of the rewords that had been deposited to Hawks Security Service’s account. A new message was coming in from Commander Danna saying he would try to be at the party and that he found some more pilots for me, Thresica entered the office,

Thresica: are you ready to go.

James: I guess, I got messages replying to the invitations to the party, James left the office and said bye to Anjanette and Sherry as they left the outer office, on the way to the landing bay James called Mike to tell him that they were about to take off, Thresica entered the ship and strapped in James took the pilot seat and strapped in Jake lets go to HOL and land on eagle one.

Jake: Hatch secured, Departing station, linking up with hawk 3, Jumping, entering sector Home of Light,

James: saw Eagle One Floating in front of him as they approached, The ship looked wonderful with its deep blue and silver color, and the Golden Eagle in flight panted on the side then he saw the two Fighters flying CAP They were painted Jet Black with a Brown Hawk painted on the side the ship would be hard to pick out in the darkness of space if they did not have their lights illuminating the sides and wings James watched them as they flew between him and Eagle One,

Thresica: now that is an awesome sight, I don’t think any body in there right mind would want to tangle with them.

James: That’s what I was thinking, but every body isn’t in there right mind. As the ship glided toward the open bay doors

Jake: landing, hatch open.

Thresica unbuckled and led the way out of the ship.

Harold was waiting on the landing bay as James walked out of the ship,

Harold: good morning we are just about ready to deploy the station my people say in about 10 Mizuras,

James: good has Jeff showed up yet?

Harold: not yet, Tracy will call me when he enters sector,

James: Lets go to the observation deck,

Harold: ok I’ve got is set up with drinks and snakes for our guests.

James, Thresica, and Mike follow Harold to the Observation deck, Ron, Terry, and Sue were there setting up, the Snack Trays and waiting to serve the Guests,

They took seats, Terry handed them coffee, asked if they would like some snakes?

They declined the snakes,

Harold: Tracy says Jeff and Sam just entered sector, will land in 5 mizuras,

Jeff, Susan, and Sam walked into the observation room,

Jeff: This is Susan McCormick, and her secretary Linda Heisman,

Harold: Its nice to meet you, I under stand that this station is for your HQ,

Susan: yes, and I think it will be wonderful, and give us the resources to increase our shipping tremendously.

James: that what were hoping for. Have a seat and enjoy the treats we have laid out for you, the deployment should start shortly.

Harold: announced that the deployment is starting, as the droids carried the equipment into space and started the assembly, there was a flourish of activity out in front of the observation deck, the skeletal form was assembled and the station started taking shape,

Harold: the actual deployment will take 2 Tazuras then 3 Tazuras to complete the inside and 1 Tazura to check everything out before occupation.

Susan: so we can move in, in a Wozura?

Harold: that about right, The station personnel and security should move in, in 6 Tazuras.

Thresica: I have already selected the station manger and security Chief, who are getting their sections together and will be here in 5 Tazuras to over watch the station check out, and sector station inspections,

As the group watched the drones assemble the frame for the station, large sheets of metal began to float from the ship to the frame and were secured in place by the drones starting at the top, the group had watched the process for over an Stazura when Terry and sue started taking orders for lunch,

After lunch good byes were exchanged as Jeff, Susan, Linda and Sam left.

James: Harold I have the 2 TL’s we acquired they have stations on board I want you to check out and give me some options, it can wait till you get back to PC, just some thing to think about. Ill be back to check on the progress in a couple of Tazuras,

James, Thresica and Mike left and boarded there ships, Jake lets go to AP,

Jake, hatch secure, departing ship, Jumping, entering Argon Prime landing, request granted for space dock landing hatch open.

James: will have to catch a shuttle down to the space station then catch a transit to Moms,

Thresica: I haven’t road a shuttle in a while and I couldn’t tell you the last time I road a ground transit. How long will it take?

James: If were lucky it only take an Stazura, here comes Mike, lets go to the shuttle station,

They had 5 Mizuras to catch the next shuttle leaving, they boarded and found seats near the back,

After a 9 Mizuras wait the shuttle departed the station, it was a comfortable but slow ride that took 35 Mizuras, when the shuttle landed and the doors opened James led the way to the transit station and found the transit gowning in the right direction, they had 45 Sezuras to board, they barely made it, and the transit started moving before they were seated, the ride took 30 Mizuras to get to the stop near were James’ Moms house was. As they walked down the street,

Thresica: this is a quite neighborhood and the housing is very old isn’t it?

James: yes at least 125 Jazuras, Mom says its home to her and she wont leave. There’s the house 2nd one on the right, with the white picket fence.

Thresica: It’s a nice looking home. And the garden is wonderful.

James opened the gate and led them up to the door, pressed his thumb onto the scanner, the door opened, the computer announced his arrival, James’ mom came into the room and hug him, who did you bring with you?

James: Mom this is Thresica, and you know Mike.

Mom: Thresica the one who writes to me?

Thresica: yes maim,

Phyllis, you don’t have to maim me, call me Phyllis,

Thresica; ok Phyllis how are you doing, is there anything you need?

Phyllis: come in and sit down and we can talk,

They went into the living room, Phyllis turned off the display screen, and took a seat in her favorite chair,

Phyllis: are you coming home James?

James: Mom I’m just here to visit you and to introduce Thresica to you.

Phyllis I know Thresica we’ve written to each other.

James: But you have never met her in person,

Thresica: I like your garden you have done a beautiful job with it, Can I see the one you have in back?

Phyllis: Lord yes, I have just planted some roses you would like, comm. With me. And they left.

James: wo Thresica save me from getting in to an argument with mom, mom just don’t under stand that I want to live my life my way not hers,

Mike: I hear you, My parents were the same way.

James: Ill be right back I want to check out my room and see what has changed. James went up the stairs and looked into his old room, Looked about the same, different curtains and bead spread, then he went back down to the living room and sat down,

Mike how long do you think they be out in the garden?

James: no telling probably a Stazura or two. How about some coffee?

Mike: sure

James: went into the kitchen and made some coffee and brought a cup for Mike.

James: tomorrow we have to pick up some more ships from Salas, and Ben said that more pilots were coming in. some should have arrived to day.

As they finished there coffee, Thresica and Phyllis came back in.

Phyllis, Thresica is a wonderful girl,

Thresica: I did like the garden, your Mom has done a wonderful job with the plants,

James: Mom has always love to garden, we always had cut flowers around the house.

Phyllis gathered up the cups and took then into the kitchen, Are you staying for dinner?

James: not this time Mom we have some new personal due in and I want to make sure they get settled in.

Phyllis: when are you coming back?

James: probably in a few Wozuras,

Phyllis: well bring Thresica back I’ve enjoyed her company.

James: If she wants to.

Thresica: Id love to come back and visit with you.

James gave his Mom a hug and a kiss on the check, I’ll see you soon, Call me if you need anything ok.

Phyllis: I have all I need except you here with me,

James: we need to get going bye Mom, and headed toward the door, opened it and let Mike and Thresica out gave Mom a hug and left while Phyllis watched them walking down the street,

James: It always hard leaving, but I don’t think I could stay.

Thresica: she is a good woman James and she loves you, and justs wants you near you all the family she has left.

James: I know,

The transit pull up to the stop and they enter find seats as the transit speeds away, once they arrive at the shuttle station they had to wait 20 Mizuras for a shuttle, when they arrived on the station and boarded there ships,

James: Jake lets go home.

Jake roger, hatch secured, awaiting departure clearance, James there are three pilots requesting transport to PC,

James: sure send them to Mikes ship, Mike you got some riders,

Mike: ok

Mike: I’ve got Col Randle Spears, Col Larry Weeks, Lt Col Jerry Montgomery who will be working with us.

James: ok we’ll follow you.

Jake: departure granted, departing station, Jumping, entering sector Power Circle, Jake warning 4 Pirate Falcons approaching station being engaged by Hawk 6 & 7 Hawk 8 & 9 departing station on intercept course Hawk 6 engaging tgt 1 & 2 Hawk 7 engaging tgt 3 & 4 Tgt 1 disabled pilot ejected, sector police in route tge 3 disabled pilot ejecting tgt 2 damaged pilot being ejected tgt 4 running with hawk 8& 9 in pursuit, Hawk 7 reports engine damage is heading to station, tgt 1,2,3 captured and headed to station, sector Police has the 3 pilots, tgt 4 captured Hawk 9 transporting pilot to sector police Hawk 8 returning to base with tgt 4

Mike: My guests enjoyed the show, I guess 2 cap with 2 ready stand by works.

James I would say it does, see you on board,

Jake; entering station, hatch open,

James and Thresica exit the ship and meet Mike Col Randle Spears, Col Larry Weeks, Lt Col Jerry Montgomery on the landing pad.

Randle: I a pleasure to meet you Mr. Hawk,

James: Please call me James and its good to have you on board, and that go for all of you, as you saw we have to keep a CAP up and ready stand by we have had visitors like this before, here comes one of our pilots now.

Derrick: Sir I like to report that Hawk 7 has sustained some engine damage and will be in repair for 7 Stazuras, Hawk 8 & 9 resuming Cap with Hawk 10 & 11 on RSB,

James: You did well out there I want you to meet our new Pilots Col Randle Spears, Col Larry Weeks, and Lt Col Jerry Montgomery this is Derrick Powell our HQ 1 Team leader and that is David Kingston our HQ 2 Team leader,

David: Hi James, Derrick sector police are requesting the engagement report,

Derrick: I’ll send it over, sorry you had to start early,

David: no problem you did good out there, they may learn that this is a bad place to visit.

Derrick: if you will excuse me I file the reports then check on Hawk 7.

James: David these are out new pilots,

David: good to have you on board, some of you may be assigned to the HQ, even though we don’t do escorts we see battle time, there is no safe Jobs here, so stay alert and be ready for anything.

Mike: very good advice. If you will follow me I get you bedded down, Mike takes the pilots down to the OP center to get their security cards and room assignments.

James: David we will be picking up more ships tomorrow I look at the assignments and try to get you at least two more pilots,

David: thank you sir

James and Thresica head toward the Lift when James coms beeped James opens it James here

Mike: James we’ve had 10 Pilots report in to day.

James: good leave notice to have them self’s in the Cafeteria at 06:00 for breakfast and a briefing.

Mike: wilco

James puts his communicator away, looks like things are shaping up.

Thresica: yes they are, then swipes her card for the lift, where to?

James looks at his watch well it is dinner time so lets go to the lounge,

Thresica; sounds like a plan, and says lounge.

The lift took then up to the lounge floor and opened the door announced Lounge Corridor 2 A

They left the lift and headed to the private dinning room, entered and found seats by the view port,

Thresica: the stars look brighter to night.

James: that they do.

Ken: what can I get you to drink?

Thresica: Ice Tea sweetened

James: the same please.

Ken: right away, would you like an entree

James no thank you.

Jeff, Mike Sam and several others enter the lounge and takes seats near James and Thresica,,

Jeff: have you been to Marissa Sama shop yet.

James: no is it open?

Jeff: yes it opened to day and I delivered 50 Cloth rimes, and asked Marissa to have some Jackets maid up for us. And some Flight suits,
For our new personnel.

James: good Ill try to stop by and see how she coming along when I get a chance.

Thresica: I’ll stop in tomorrow and check on things,

Ken returned with James and Thresica meals, then Ken took orders from the others and left.

James, finished his meal and excused himself and left the dinning room and headed to the shops area, all but a couple of the shops were closed and James meet with the security patrol and ask them when did the shops start closing for the day,

Ernst: sir most of them start closing at 7PM few are open till 9PM some of these are still setting up and are not opened yet,

James: thank you for the information, James turned and headed to the lift, swiped his card and entered, the lift took him to his floor and opened the door, James left the lift and went to his suite, James entered and went to his bed room and laid out his clothes for the next day took a shower, watched the news reports and went to bed.
