James woke up at 6:00 got cleaned up put on a flight suit and went to the kitchen and started the coffee machine
Jeff: enters the kitchen, Morning James
James: morning coffee will be done in a Mizuras, did Mike & Sam make it in?
Jeff: No I checked their rooms,
James: grabbed two cups and pored the coffee, handed one to Jeff.
They sat at the table,
James, I had thought about asking Thresica if she would like to fly with us today, then realized that she has a lot to do today so Ill leave her here Ill have her go with us some other time.
Jeff: I’ve been thinking, should we have some medical personnel on the carrier and the Hq,
James: I don’t know well ask Chris when we get to the carrier,
Jeff picked up the cups and put them on the counter, lets go I’m getting hungry,
They left the suite and headed to the transit station, entered the transit car.
Jeff: Landing bay c, The door closed ant the car started, accelerated then slowed and stopped, Landing Bay C&D area. The door opened and they got out.
James headed to his ship entered, Jake prepare to depart land on the carrier. James strapped into the Seat and put his flight bag in the co-pilot seat,
Jake: hatch secured, departure granted, docking clamps released, departing, departure lane cleared, approaching carrier docking doors opening entering ship, landing, Hatch opening,
James grabbed his flight bag and departed the ship, Chris was waiting for him,
Chris: good morning James, today is the day we get to see if this baby can jump.
James: laughs it’ll jump ok you ever jumped for sector to sector before ?

Jeff walked up Morning Chris you ready for the jump?
Chris: I guess so, have either of you had breakfast?
James: no lets go to the mess area, are the pilots on board?
Chris: I think so, the ones that were not on board started arriving 30 Mizuras ago, I’ll check with Tracy,
James: have her meet us in the mess hall there are some things Jeff and I want to talk about get Mike & Sam their to.
Chris calls the bridge talks to Tracy, she on the way Mike & Sam are in the mess hall.
They headed to the mess hall and sit down with Mike and Sam, then Tracy joined them
The steward was delivering more coffee and cups, pored a cup for all and refilled Mikes and Sam, took orders and left,
Jeff: now that every one is here I got a question for you, do we need to get some medical personnel for the carrier and the HQ?
Chris looked at Tracy
Mike : it sounds like a good ideal,
Sam: we got drones that are suppose to be able to handle that don’t we?
Chris: all navy ships have at least two medical personnel plus 3 to 6 drones,
Tracy: I thing we should have a doctor and med tech on bard,
Mike: Ill go along with that the drones are good for an emergency but for long term their no fun to talk to.
Jeff: How about environmental suit repair, do we need a specialist or can we get along with a repair drone?
Sam: I wouldn’t trust a drone to repair my environmental suit,
Mike me neither.
James: ok 1 environmental suit specialist and two repair drones. 1 doctor and 1 Medical technician or should we have 3 technicians one for each shift. And say 3 or 4 medical drones.
Chris: 1 doctor 3 med techs, 1 environmental suit specialist 2 repair drones 4 Medical drones,
James: ok send the request to Thresica,
There breakfast arrived and they consume it then headed to the bridge,

James: That’s wonderful heres my data pad I want to pay for these ships and order 20 more and 2 more Super freighters,
Salas: good I try to save some of the cost by ordering in bulk, takes the data pad, could you have the original version parked on f bay f2 f4 f6 and f8 the crews are ready for them, then meet me on e-bay
James: If I turn over the design to the navy you would have to hundreds of these ships, Mike get the ships moved ok

James walked to Holding Area E found the entrance to E Bay and walked in and was stopped By a security guard
Guard Sir this is a restricted area you must leave, and was about to hustle James out when Salas walked in saw what was going on and told the guard that it was all right These are his ships, the guard backed off,
Salas I’m sorry about that I forgot that we had added security since we caught a Teladi trying to get in one of the ships and had taken some pictures we confiscated all of his equipment and he was sentence to 5 years in prison for espionage.
James I’m glad you are protecting them they are what will give me and Josh the advantage against the Pirates and Khaak, Xenon.
Salas: and keeps me busy building them with josh’s order and your order I can save a lot on cost, and hands back the Data pad I have deducted 44. mil for the ships,
James: ok Can I load them in to the carrier ,
Salas: yes But the Super freighter will not fit.
James: we have added two external ports that will dock them to the carrier,
Salas that is great may I inspect it if I use the design I will pay you royalties on it,
James Sure Let me get the loading started, James looked around and spotted Jeff entering the landing bay with a dozen pilots following, waved him over,
James: Jeff have all these ships loaded into the carrier and the SF docked to the carrier, I’m going to show Salas the external docking ports move those first ok

James and Salas head back to were the carrier was landed and entered, James called Chris and ask him and his engineer to join him in the docking area,
Chris: we will be there in 5 Mizuras
James and Salas watch the ships being loaded in to the carrier while waiting on Chris, 5 had been loaded when Chris walk up to James,
James: Chris this is Salas
Chris: it is a pleasure to finally meet you . and Bows to Salas

James: Salas would like to inspect the docking port for the Sparrow’s.
Chris: follow me this is my engineer, Gregory, he can answer your questions, they walk to the forward part of the docking area were two elevators were placed 50 foot apart,
The left one was opened,
Gregory: one of the new sparrows has docked on this port, let me show you how it works,
They entered the elevator and it lowered into the Sparrows cargo area,
Salas: I see you fitted it to the sparrows cargo loading hatch,
Gregory: yes, we cut the access here and made a pressure seal added some docking clamps to hold the Sparrow in place, pressurized the seal, then open the hatch on the sparrow, we use the elevator to hall up personnel and equipment from the ship,
I have the blueprints and speculations for the hatch, would you like to see them I all so have a 3d model that shows the complete operation.
Salas: Yes, that would be better then a space walk,

James was happy with the progress 10 of the 12 ships were loaded and tied down both Sparrows had docked and were being secured for the jump,
Chris: I love to see these fighters on board it gives me a sense of security,
James: your normal complement will be thirty ships, pulse 1 Sparrow, I wanted to leave some room for capped ships,
Chris: that sounds like a good plain to me, I need to get back to the bridge call me if you need me.
James walked out to the docking area, Found Jeff and Mike talking, and joined them
Jeff: were just about done 1 more ship to load.
James good, I’m waiting for Salas to finish with Gregory, then we can be on our way,

Jake: Hatch secured, departure granted, docking clamps released, lifting off, departing ship, ship cleared contacting TL, docking granted, approaching docking bay, bay doors opening, entering ship, landing, clamps secured, opening hatch.
James: I see I’ve got some work to do on you, and exited the ship.
Met with the Captain, how’s the station coming along?
Captain: we just tested the structural integrity, all was ok no atmosphere leaks, and no weak spots detected. I’ve had it sealed the landing Bay Alpha is operational, and we started on the interior lay out, and we are now 38 hours ahead of schedule.
James: keep this up and I’ll have to give you a bonus, When can we go on board?
Captain: give me 36 hours and I have the info structure completed, unless you want to go on board in full environmental suit.
James: I’ll wait the 36 hours, thank you, James turned and went back to his ship,
James: Jake lets go to the office,

James walked in to the office, bid a good after noon to the ladies, and knocked on Thresica’s door and entered, Hi , how are we doing to day,
Thresica: well while you were gone we’ve 4 shiploads of goods over 3 sectors with only 1 incident 3 pirate ships though they could get our Crystal shipment, However Randy and Will took their ships and turned them over to three worlds police, we got 2 falcons and 1 buster, and took no damage, I’m waiting on the engagement report now,
James: very impressive, well I picked up 12 Hawk fighters, and 2 Sparrows, for our fleet, checked the status on the HQ, we be able to tour it in two days. I’ll be back for dinner I got some things to check on.
James went to his ship, entered went in to the cabin Not as good as his bet it was nicely done, with a head, bunk, 2 nice chairs a desk with a plush Capt. Seat. James sat at the desk plugged in his data pad, Brought up the AI menu screen, scanned down it for the reports section , opened the reports and configured it for the info he wanted when issuing orders, saved it and logged out. Then he pulled up the data on the pirate ship the mike had given him, View the mine field layout and the surrounding area. Then looked at the sector Bala Gi’s Joy That should be easy just deactivate the mine field and board the ship, Install a jump drive and jump back to Power Circle.

James watched as the pilots tried on the Jackets, and checked out the specifications, He laugh to him self yes I did believe it either,

James went in to the shop with Jeff following and asked the sales rep to show him some drones,

James: medical, ship repairs, security, may even need one that can repair environmental suits.
The rep pulls out a catalog and turned to the medical section, we have one that can do surgery, or one that does emergency treatments and is med tech , one that is a complete stasis unit and monitor,
James: can I have flyer on those,
The rep gave James the three flyers, then turned to the security section, we have general security, body guard, and battle drone, he pulls out the three flyers and hands them to James, then turns to ship repair, we have Hull repair, weapons repair, electronics repair, and engine repair, and pulls out the 4 flyers, hands them to James, looks thru the book then checks the index I don’t have a listing for environmental suit repair.
James: that’s fine Ill look these over and contact you on our choices,

Jeff: I bet they don’t build a drone that can repair environmental suits, who going to trust a machine to fix their environmental suit I wouldn’t.
James: I was just checking Umbel gave me a lead on a environmental suit specialist, I don’t even know if I want to trust a med drone, I’ll leave that up to the med people when we get them, security for the HQ I can help with I like to get a couple of these battle drones, so when we crass parties we will have heavy arty, with us.

James: ok, and headed back to Umbel’s shop, found Mike and Sam, and David talking, You guys want to join us, were heading to the lounge to secure some tables.

Jeff led the way, and we followed, to the passer by we looked like a small gang wearing our leather jackets with the a big Hawk carrying a Sparrow in its claws, they entered the lounge, James went to the Hostess and ask if she had a private area that would seat 22 people,
Hostess: please wait while I check, she left, when she returned with a man,
Mr. Hawk I’m George Roland Manager, your reparation precedes you, Follow me I’ll show you to our private dining room.
James and the others follow George thru a double door that was marked Private,
And then to the back of the room where it had a large viewing window, Here are three tables you can use, and your Waitress Karen will take care of you as on cue Karen walks up and asked if she could get them something to drink and took orders James informed her that his party should be here By 6:30, Karen Ill be right back with your drinks and hands out menus, and leaves.
James: this is a nice layout, as he looks out the window and sees some ships arriving and departing the station,
Jeff: I can get use to this kind of service,
Mike: you could get use to any service, remember when we use to go places and had to stand in line to get a seat.
Sam: I do,
Karen returned with the drinks, cups and a urn of coffee, passes out the drinks, then pours the coffee and passes it around, asks if there ready to order,
James: I think will wait on the others,
Karen: Ill watch for them and leaves,
As the rest started showing up Karen seated then and took there drink orders, then took dinner orders while she was taking James’ order she ask if this would be on one bill?
James: Yes and to give it to me.
Karen, left to place the order to the Chef,
James heard several commits about the Jackets and flight suits that had been parched, and noted how pleased his people were, there were commits about the fighters, the transport and the dinning room.
Karen returned with help and three carts of orders, the orders were passed out their were no mistakes on who ordered what, James thought excellent service,
Karen kept the drinks refreshed, ask if she could get anything else, as she visited each person,
When everyone had eaten and James paid the bill added a large tip for Karen, and sent his people to the transport,
Jeff: see you on the landing pad I‘ll check with Umbel and make sure that the orders were delivered,

James followed his people back to Sparrow 3 and watched them board,

Jeff: all the clothes have been delivered and stored in Sparrow 3 hold.

Jeff: ok lets get ready to leave Mike, and they head to their ships,
James saw that the Sparrow hatch was closed, turned and headed to his ship, when he got strapped in, Jake prepare to undock, Hawk this is hawk 1, Hawk 2,& 3 start your move, Sparrow 3 follow,.
Jake: Hawk 2 & 3 have departed station, Sparrow 3 is departing , Hatch secured departing, station cleared, formation established, nearing Jump point, charging, Jumping, all ships entering sector Power Circle, vectoring on carrier,
James: breakfast is at 06:00 hrs on the carrier,
