It is Christmas, so it is just the right time to answer the question how do the Egosofties celebrate the holidays. Therefore we asked all Egosoft employees the most important questions about Chritsmas. And almost all of them took their time to write us some short answers. We asked them the following questions:
1. Who are you and what is your task at Egosoft?
2. Where are you going to celebrate Christmas this year?
3. What is your biggest wish for Christmas this year?
4. When do you usally exchange the gifts?
I struggle hard to avoid a boring answer here, but “A healthy family” is really the only thing I can come up with.

Assuming you don't mean actual Christmas presents, my main concern (besides X) is the huge loss of privacy politicians want to make us believe is necessary for our security. So my wish is the attempts to turn our country into a surveillance state will be stopped.
In Germany this is traditionally Christmas Eve, and while presents somewhat play a lesser role for myself the Christmas tree with lighted real candles is an important tradition in my family.

Some things seem more predictable than others. Had you released on regular week, you would not be fixing on day like this.
Where should one report Uplink issues? The "Passengers transported" stats for X2 submission show up in X3 stat page (and vice versa). Besides, the value is suspiciously low (though cannot recall anything for sure about the X2 game I submitted).
