Yeah but -58371m is just as easy to type as -58.371km. Plus sectors are not 58371km across! (The number was taken from one of the rock positions).

Plus the X3 editors and other tools report in metres - so it is easier just to cut and paste them from that without bothering to do the conversions.

There are asteroids, and of coarse Invading Kha'ak space ( or so I heard. I have not really done much of that ) But busting up rock formations and sending in oos ore collectors is the best way, frees you up for other things, is the least painfull method micromanagement wise... and some of the rock formations yield much more than you will get from destroying a roid. 2 or 3 0 type rock formations will alone afford you avarice Carefull, the coord above is the most profitible venture in the game... have to use some self control.. or not depends on how you play.
I know fo a few of the locations.. but will not copy them all down for 2 reasons, 1, I do not want to deplete the universe of Nvidium. 2, I do not want to build my empire exclusivly on mobile mining them... just too easy to do.. so The less I know about.. the less self control I need to use

There is a type 0 very high yeild silicon in Home of light right by the west gate.

( I played asteroids with it heh ) Still going strong.. put some local silicon mines out of buisness Takes some micromanaging... but you can have a fairly nice income using three ore colectors there and selling to all the local fabs that needs silicon. So a type 0 nvidium I think is an easy 200 million before its depleted.

Yeah, I never bothered with it untill the Belagi Missions. since then I have becime a fan. A great way to jump start a game without gathering ships... and in a pinch you can search for and sell nvidium this way. There are some areas I have found that are so good for oos mobuile mining, that I use a ship rather than a station to fill my silicon needs. Beware... mobile miners have lots of accidents.. be sure to put them on standby is you are entering the sector.
