FTP site new IP address

new ip is

its an ftp server, u use an ftp client to login

or goto, ftp://x3:hello@24.65.211.192

I logged onto your FTP site and I cant seem to download any of the files just keep getting an error message saying "Error when copying fies" think you can help a guy out?
