hurricane missile factories exist?

I've been told that you cannot buy a hurricane missile factory from any shipyard in the current game! is this true? :(

Apparently so. I've only just found out. Shame really. Wonder where the NPC gets them from?

We need a "I want a Hurricane Factory" campaign now! Maybe 1.3.2 or 1.4 might fix that?

listen the description.

If I remember right they "stolen" stockpiles of obsolete missiles.

Theyr the best missiles that exist after hammerheads that is..

Fast enough to catch any M5 I'v seen and powerfull enough to take out them too, not to mention area effect for khaak cluster busting.
