OK - the ware is available to buy...
So the next steps like I wrote in manual:
After bought and installed in ship you can activate the Device as follows:
- Go to command menue of the ship
- Go to one of the both command slots at "Additional commands"
- Press ENTER. Choose "Camouflage Device active" - ENTER.
To deactivate:
- Go to the command slot "Camouflage Device active", press ENTER.
- Choose "None" - press ENTER

ermm yes As i had used it before it was the first thing I did after I bought it for my UT's... the command is NOT LISTED under additional commands, or anywhere else, yellow stands out a bit ya' know 
edit: I've got serialkicked pirate guild mod installed now - new from last install which had working camo device - and he talks about some sort of pirate device that acts in a similar way (ive posted this problem on that thread too) you think this might be it?

edited: appreciate the answers spaceTycoon, but...you might be able to help me 
as it's your script could you show me how to just modify mine so that just having one installed makes the change automatic? That's the only function I'd like that's been driving my search for a fix. I'm happy to sacrifice playing hide n seek with khakk to keep my lvl 25 UT's safe.
