Kyle William Brennan, Elena Kho, Nopileos

Post by HelgeK »

Hello everyone.

Those of you who have the print version of Farnham's Legend might have noticed the four potraits on its backcover. You can download those pictures of Kyle Brennan, Elena Kho and Nopileos from my site.

The original drawings of Brennan and Kho where made by Jörgen Örberg in 1999. I set them on cutscene backgrounds, and in case of Brennan, heavily modifed them. Nopileos was stitched together by me using several ingame Teladi pictures, and also modified and set against an ingame backdrop. Don't expect totally crisp pro gfx, since I'm not the gfx type, I'm more the novel-writing type :-)

Also available from the link above is the original 1999 synopsis of Farnham's Legend. It's in english language (sort of :-) ) and it does differ from the final print version in many places. This is also the place where the Khaak were mentioned for the first time.

Have fun
Helge

Thanks Helge! BTW, great book, just finished it. Though it looks like you were time (space?) constrained for the ending (things just happened so fast in so few pages. ;) )

I tried to speed up the pacing like in some movies, but it was my first novel and I was still trying to find the right way to do things :-)

Most spectularly finished! It's available in print, and it's being delivered on a limited basis with X3 orders from the Egosoft shop and some other select distributors.

But c'mon, you knew that already, didn't you? ;-)

I've not been in here for quite a while, mate. And alas this computer lacks the power for X3. But perhaps I can find somewhere to buy it in Canada. :)

I've just finished Pandora's Star and Judas Unchained, so I'm looking for a book to read! :D
