X3 multiplayer???

Will there be multiplayer in X3? if not will it just be because egosoft want to concentrate on single player or is the concept too hard? :?

Nope X3 wil not be multiplayer, but who knows maybe there will be a multiplayer X game in the future, however if you do Extra Search there are many threads on the subject of X3 Multiplayer for you to read the Moderators responses too :wink:

There maybe a X-universe MMOG game out soon they are just waiting for a develapor to pay for it. if they can find one there may be a MMOG game in 2007. :o

I sincerely hope that there isnot an X2 (or X3 for that matter) online/multiplayer version, because just imagine the overwhelming competition that would erupt! It would be outright war! (until nothing is left that is!)

The basic anwser is NO. The reason why is that X:Online needs something called FUNDS(aka MONEY), something which X3 will produce. If you still don't get this concept (like SOME people...) MMOG's need money to start up, yes they produce money, but you need to make them before you can get money.

So do your part to bring X:Online into reality, buy X3 when it comes out. :D

would mods please sticky a thread saying there is no Multiplayer in X3! that would be quite helpful to not seeing these topics anymore
