I hired the Argon Supply Mammoth to do some lifting for me but I noticed later that it got pretty heavily damaged.
It now moves at about 50% of it's max speed, so using it for stuff is less interesting now.
Is it possible to repair a ship that I do not own?
I tried my repair laser, but that got them pretty mad..

Unfortunately using the repair laser on any ship you do not own counts as an attack, even with it doing 'negative' damage. That is also why pilotless fighters will try to auto-evade you if you start to repair them before claiming them.
It's probably best to hire a different TL after any current task is completed.

As a bonus, once they are no longer in your employ they may very well go and get themselves repaired so you will be able to use them again in the future.

Or go get themselves killed and later respawn and so you will be able to use them again in the future.Timsup2nothin wrote: ↑Mon, 25. Nov 19, 18:48As a bonus, once they are no longer in your employ they may very well go and get themselves repaired so you will be able to use them again in the future.
I presume that resources a still a bit short. If they were not, boarding the ship makes it "repairable".

This potential is improved a lot if you release them from service on the far side of a Xenon sector from where you got them.
